The Fourth Annual
Bobby Swartz Memorial Soccer Tournament
Bobby was the father of Olivia Swartz, a Sophomore at Governor Mifflin High School. He spent many years coaching Liv through youth soccer. He often reminded Olivia that, “You are only as good as your last game.”

A Little More About Bobby
Before Bobby was diagnosed with ALS, he talked frequently about seeing his daughter play in high school. Unfortunately, ALS took Bobby too soon. Bobby was known for his dedication to his wife Dottie, and Olivia. Anyone that had the privilege to meet Bobby will agree he was quick with a smile and also had an infectious humor that lifted everyone around him.
The goal of our tournament is to establish a scholarship in Bobby’s name and support ALS research.
